Current Open Opportunities:

IT Director

3+ years experience with an ERP system
3+ years experience managing software engineers
3+ years managing IT support
Solid understanding of data privacy (HIPAA) and its impact on IT
Strong communication skills
Navigates corporate politics constructively
Understands business processes and systems
Translate business needs into technical direction for team

Plans, coordinates, and implements information system programs and initiatives designed to support the business and laboratories, including all phases of systems design, programming, installation and operations
Ensures the maintenance of IT systems (e.g. LIS, ERP, customer servers) to effectively apply IT solutions to improve operations

Collaborates with business and lab leadership in key areas to ensure IT systems are fully integrated and effective
Ensures quality of data processed, in compliance with all regulatory standards
Provides systems for acquiring, analyzing, storing and retrieving information so that information is readily available when needed
Compiles and prepares periodic statistical reports on business, lab, and IT activities
Develops and establishes department standards and procedures, and assigns work to the operations staff
Works with IT contacts at customers and partners as needed to coordinate projects
Ensures IT compliance for and in support of laboratory compliance
Independent worker with crisp decision making skills
Solid planning and organizational skills
Any other duties as needed, to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization
BS in technical degree, preferably with experience in healthcare
