Dr. Laticia Hill Godette has a servant’s heart and has served as a Pastor for the last 19 years. Bishop Dennis Vernon Proctor made a historic appointment on Saturday, November 13, 2021 and appointed The Reverend Dr. Laticia Hill Godette as the first woman to serve as Presiding Elder of the Camden District of the New Jersey Annual Conference of the North Eastern Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. P.E. Godette remains humble and serves with her husband, Bro. Dante Godette. They have been together for 29 years. They have three beautiful daughters(Adina, Faith and Jordan Christina).
P.E. Godette was born in Asbury Park, NJ, but she moved to Havelock, NC at the age of nine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. P.E. Godette also went to Hood Theological Seminary, graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned a Master of Divinity. She also teaches at Hood as an Adjunct Professor.
P.E. Godette is an entrepreneur and Founder of her own Consulting Group. P.E. Godette is a productive and progressive business leader. She is shattering glass ceilings in corporate America as the CEO of Ottendorf Laboratories. She believes to whom much is given, much is required. They donated over $200,000 to Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC. Also, she committed Ottendorf Laboratories to providing jobs and opportunities to historically marginalized communities. She is a visionary leader with a holistic approach to ministry. She wants people to prosper in every area (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially). Dr. Godette is a prolific grant writer. This year, during a pandemic, her nonprofit gave away Ministry Grants totaling $500,000. She liquidated mortgages for three churches in the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District (Little Zion A.M.E. Zion Church in Sneads Ferry, NC, St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church in Aurora, NC and Hyman Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Havelock, NC).
Dr. Godette is a genuine giver with a pure heart. Dr. Godette is an overcomer. She grew up extremely poor with a father in prison and a mother addicted to drugs. She empowers others and gives them hope. Dr. Godette’s testimony remains, “To God be all the glory for the great things God has done!”
Tamika S. Johnson joined Ottendorf Laboratories in 2019 when the Covid 19 pandemic began. Tamika comes from Mental Health/Substance abuse background where she has been in administration, medical technician, and Manager over numerous businesses. Tamika holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development.
Tamika was born in Bakersfield, CA but moved to a small town called Bath, NC where she was raised and brought up in church by her grandmother. Tamika remains diligent and always willing to help in any capacity and does this all with an open heart and mind. Tamika is married to Jerome Johnson and all together they have 7 children and 4 grandchildren.
Tamika is loyal to Ottendorf and started out with Ottendorf when there were only 5 employees going out to test and feed the ones in need. Tamika was a tester then moved from that to becoming head of registration and Site manager. She later was promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO and now also holds the title of Executive Team Leader in which she wears many hats within the organization.
Tamika’s thought to everyone is “With man this is impossible, but with God ALL things are possible.”
Paul D. Williams began his clinical medical career at Duke University Medical Center (DUMC) as a bench Medical Technician and was later promoted to Analytical Supervisor within the Department. He held Management positions in several laboratories within the DUMC system to include the Emergency Department. Mr. Williams retired from DUMC after 35 plus years of service and joined the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) as a member of the CMS CLIA department for 15 years. Mr. Williams is an expert of his craft with over 50 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Olivia Clarke has her certifications in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Pro! Olivia Clarke began her 13 years of Human Resource experience working for the Board of Education in the city of Newark, NJ. Not only does she “strive for excellence” and represent the company in a professional manner, but she also looks for ways to expand her knowledge and bring in new Covid-19 testing locations to the company. Olivia Clarke has a passion for being in a position where she can have a positive impact her community. Olivia Clarke has not only researched cloud-based ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP to replace our current internal system, but she has also assisted with the creation of the Ottendorf website you are currently reading!
Yawa Sodji is Ottendorf Laboratories Staff Accountant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Finance concentration at North Carolina State University. Yawa Sodji also earned her MBA with a concentration in accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University! Yawa has over five years of intense accounting experience. Not only is she fluent in English, Spanish, and French but Yawa Sodji enjoys expanding her knowledge to better the company every day.
Anthony has held a number of positions at large and small companies, combining the discipline of larger organizations with the enthusiasm of smaller ones: GlaxoWellcome (now GSK), Organon Teknika, IBM, Lenovo, Intel. He began his career as a software engineer, moved up to CTO, and shifted to solutions architect before starting as CIO at Ottendorf.
Dr. Joanne M. Ajmo is the Laboratory Manager and Technical Supervisor at Ottendorf laboratories. She earned her Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology at the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Florida. She served as the Director of Pre-Clinical and Clinical Research and sat on an Advisory Board for a pharmaceutical company to expedite a drug toward NDA approval for the FDA. Joanne has over 20 years of laboratory research experience in the aging brain, liver metabolism, and pharmaceuticals. She has served as a professor of biology to medical and nursing students, and has over 25 published, peer reviewed scientific research papers.
